This will work correctly on a normal Didj.<\/p>\n<p>Sound isn&#8217;t implemented yet, but everything else works fine. I need to see if it would be possible to get Hekkus Sound System running on the Didj,<\/p>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"627\" height=\"353\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/01GnEfeTURc?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<p>This is using the SDL_RenderCopy, from a texture, for the display, and Linux input events for input. By specifying the rects to\u00a0SDL_RenderCopy and\u00a0SDL_LockTexture I was able to speed things up to a playable level.<\/p>\n<p>A big thanks goes out to <a title=\"Didj OpenGL demo\" href=\"http:\/\/losinggeneration.homelinux.org\/2010\/04\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ramblings and Broken Code<\/a> for the Didj OpenGL demos.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been a challenge to get Worm Warrior running on a normal Didj. The Didj is an excellent platform for retro style games. It offers a 320 x 240 16 bit color screen with NES\/GBA style inputs. And, a Didj can often be found cheaply at thrift stores or on EBay.
